FITSTUFF stocks one of the largest ranges of running shoes, clothing and accessories in Surrey. We are always looking for ways to improve our range with innovative new products, so there is always something exciting in store.


Gait Analysis

Shoe Fitting Analysis (No charge): A basic video running analysis to help choose the right shoe for your running gait. No appointment necessary.

Technique Analysis (£45): A 30 minute clinic based video running analysis conducted by our experienced run technique specialist. Receive advice on how to strengthen your technique, improve your running efficiency and learn more about specific exercises to help with your drills. Click here to book

Runners MOT (£95): A 90 minute appointment. Includes a video analysis and a movement screen to help identify any strengths, weaknesses, movement instability or inflexibility. You will receive coaching on how to improve the way you run, and a conditioning programme to focus on any areas needing a little extra work. By the end of the session you will have an in-depth understanding of areas that need strengthening and a programme to help you achieve your goals. Click here to book

Meet the Team

Our team is what makes FITSTUFF what it is. We strive to recruit the very best staff, all experienced runners with the technical knowledge to offer the best advice for all your running and fitness needs.

Paul Galley

Paul has worked hard to carefully build FITSTUFF into the store that it is today. Fed up with the number of specialist running shops run by faceless corporations, he wanted to create a runner’s community as much as open a shop. He wanted to listen to the ideas and experiences of each runner and make sure he could cater to their needs individually. He has always been a keen runner himself, representing Surrey both on the track and at cross-country events.

Corinne Davies

For super motivated Corinne just getting out and running is never enough, always planning her next event be it a 50 mile trail run or an Ironman Corinne has been there!

Darrel May

Darrel has been running competitively for over 30 years, covering distances from 800m to marathon. Darrel is a knowledgeable running coach and director of Raced Coaching.

Gemma Read

A local trail runner who likes nothing better than planning and executing new routes round the beautiful Surrey countryside. Gemma can often be found helping at and participating in local trail events and she is a Run Director at Guildford Junior parkrun. She has taken part in most distances from 5k park runs to 100km Ultra runs.

Rhianna Grainger

Rhianna is the newest member of our team and like the rest of the guys really loves her running! She has competed in 300m, 800m and cross-country and she loves to go out running between netball sessions and college.

Philippa Lock

Philippa is a qualified Sports Therapist and a registered Osteopath with a Master’s degree from the London School of Osteopathy. She is a Certified Running Technique Specialist. She has extensive experience of working with both private clients and professional teams.

Theika Botterill

Theika is a sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Southampton University. Working for over twenty years, she has a wealth of post-operative rehabilitation experience and a strong sporting background.

Andy Cornelius

Andy holds a degree in Sport Rehabilitation and is currently studying for a MSc in Strength and Conditioning. He is a well-recognised and qualified Running Biomechanics and Technique Specialist with a strong focus on helping runners of all abilities improve their performance and efficiency while reducing the risk of injury.
