Ben Holland

Ben is a qualified Sports Therapist and Osteopath, having gained a BSc (Hons) degree from the London School of Osteopathy. He has over 8 years’ experience working within established Osteopathic practices during which time he has gained valuable experience working on a vast variety of injuries, whilst developing his own unique approach to treatment and optimal rehabilitation.
As well as his clinical work, Ben also held the post of Osteopath and Sports Rehabilitation Practitioner at Old Reigatians Rugby Club. He has used his experience of working with sports injuries and acute trauma to assist in the teaching of taping and strapping courses for under and post graduate students.

It is from a personal interest in sport, both as a player and spectator, and from the recovery of his own injuries, that Ben developed an interest in therapy and in particular Osteopathy. He has focused his career on the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Along the way he has been fortunate enough to work with a number of professional and amateur sports men and women including: Crystal Palace; Charlton Athletic FC; West Ham United; the World Class Equestrian Squad; Surrey Storm Netball, to name a few. However, it is important to note that it is not Ben’s desire to limit his treatment to those who have sporting injuries; the knowledge and experience developed from working in this field benefits those from sporting and non-sporting backgrounds equally.
