Tanya Boardman

Tanya qualified with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy at the London School of Sports Massage in 2014. Since qualifying, she has provided event support to competitors at many running and cycling events alongside her regular clients.
Her first introduction to sports massage was in training for a marathon where it got to the stage with calves feeling like they were going to explode at every step. The massage sorted the problem and became a regular part of her ongoing training.
Originally a rower and now a runner, cyclist and yogi, Tanya works with clients to encourage and enable an active lifestyle so people can do the things they want to do to feel healthy. She works on all aspects of soft tissue using deep tissue massage techniques and fascial release. For injury assessment and rehabilitation, she maintains a focus on functional exercises to improve strength and flexibility.
